A recent survey by Innovisor, a Social Network Analysis (SNA) company, revealed that collaboration has gotten 30 percent worse during the pandemic. It’s becoming more apparent that merely having social technology and enabling its use is not enough. Without an organizational level focus on collaboration, the continuous learning, creative problem-solving, and innovation needed to overcome today’s challenges is at risk.
In this session you’ll learn what a collaborative
organization looks like to better assess the state of collaboration in your
own. We’ll discuss how greater transparency and openness extends and expands
formal and informal learning opportunities, and what role L&D must play to
enable these critical elements of collaboration. Finally, we’ll examine the
technology useful in supporting collaboration and the importance of culture in
maximizing its potential.
