It’s becoming more apparent that merely having social technology and enabling its use is not enough. Without an organizational level focus on collaboration, the continuous learning, creative problem-solving, and innovation needed to overcome today’s challenges is at risk.

organization looks like to better assess the state of collaboration in your
own. We’ll discuss how greater transparency and openness extends and expands
formal and informal learning opportunities, and what role L&D must play to
