411 How Workflow Learning Increased Plant Productivity at Colgate-Palmolive

When Colgate-Palmolive sought to improve support for operators on the plant floor, they turned to a workflow learning solution from Xprtise. Dhiren Doshi joined Colgate in 1989 at the Malaysia manufacturing plant in Kuala Lumpur. He held several positions of increasing responsibility in industrial engineering, production supervision, human resources, and a regional support role to drive continuous improvement before relocating to the USA in 2000. Dhiren led the design of people systems for new manufacturing facilities in various geographies, and he was part of the core team that created the Factory Performance & Reliability program and supported global implementation. Since 2010, in his current role of Learning Partner E2E Global Supply Chain, Dhiren has led the development of a learning strategy, content development and curation, integration of a new learning management system, and the introduction of new performance support technologies. Dhiren holds a bachelor's degree from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK.
