321 Effective Knowledge Sharing: 3 Proven Methods

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM Wednesday, November 17

There are smart people in your organization who store, deep in their brains or on their hard drives, considerable knowledge. What can learning leaders do to bring all this hidden knowledge and experience that exists in every organization to light, to establish a culture where individuals are willing to share knowledge and skills? In this session, we share an inspiring story of knowledge sharing in a company where continuous learning is driven by extreme dynamics of the industry itself. You will learn three aspects of fostering knowledge sharing that lead to success: culture; processes and platforms; and a sense of purpose gained through contributing something of value.

In this session, you will learn:

  • How to build a culture of open knowledge sharing
  • Key motivators for active participation in knowledge exchange
  • How to increase the feeling of belonging and purpose through knowledge sharing
