Mitch Moldofsky

Instructional Designer and eLearning Specialist

The ID Fanatic

Mitch Moldofsky is an award-winning instructional designer who has been in the L&D space for 30 years, both as an in-house consultant and a freelancer. A specialist in eLearning since it was called Computer Based Training, Mitch recently added a degree in cognitive science and psychology from the University of Toronto to his credits and is deeply interested in the intersection of learning theory and brain science. Having seen learning trends and instructional technologies rise and fall over the years, he brings a unique perspective to bear on the future of the industry. He also hosts The ID Fanatic Podcast, an opportunity to talk shop with other IDs from all over the world.
