Prior to Conduent, Debbie spent most of her career as a leader in Ernst & Young's human capital practice, assisting clients to address broad people needs resulting from organization operations, transaction, or transformation events. Debbie brings a business and performance solution mindset when consulting with clients that draws from considerable financial, risk, and operational experiences gained during the course of her career. She received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.

Kate Ahearn is a learning strategist at Conduent Learning Solutions. She provides talent development solutions to Fortune 500 companies across varied sectors. Kate builds collaborative, trusting relationships to effectively analyze and validate client needs and recommend appropriate custom solutions. She has defined projects and led project teams through strategy, design, development, curation and execution. Kate has conducted workflow analysis, interviewed stakeholders, analyzed data, researched best practices and built business cases. She holds a 5 Moments of NeedÆ Designer certificate from Apply Synergies and is passionate about the value that workflow learning brings to both performers and their organizations. Previously, Kate held roles within financial service, retail, publishing and broadcasting organizations. She managed and realigned learning departments, led organization-wide learning and change initiatives; and launched leadership programs. She drove strategic planning, employee relations and coaching to develop leaders and workforces that were engaged and aligned to meet workplace challenges.
