Erin Donovan is a learning and organizational design leader with experience in retail, logistics, tech, manufacturing, nonprofits, education, agriculture, and financial services. She focuses her corporate success on building and facilitating measured growth strategies grounded in her practical and academic experience. In the corporate space, Erin advises corporations in change management, tech rollouts and agile-based solutions, works locally with small business to build cultural and on the job training, and serves as a global partner to ensure her solutions match the unique needs of each of her partners. In the education space, she designs and delivers professional development that levels the playing field between academic and corporate learners. She holds a PhD in curriculum and instruction, two content area master’s degrees, and a bachelor’s degree in business, and is a National Board-Certified educator.
