204 Beyond the Band-Aid: Maintaining Sustainable Belonging

11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Thursday, March 17

With so many workplaces turned upside down and inside out, employees are disheartened, discouraged, and distressed. Whether they’re working from home or in the building, employees are craving reassurance that there’s a place for them, that they are seen, heard, and valued. They want opportunities to re/connect with others (and with you!) What’s a leader to do?

Find out how others have answered that question. In this lively interactive session, we’ll explore what other leaders around the world are doing to move beyond belonging to becoming an organization with a sustained sense of renewed reconnection.

In this session you will learn:

  • Three pillars of the Building Sustainable Belonging Framework
  • Strategies other organizational leaders are implementing to re/connect
  • How to select up to three strategies you can implement tomorrow
