113 Leading a Team in the New World of Work (Panel)

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM Wednesday, February 24

Leading a team can be difficult and challenging work under normal conditions. Unfortunately, the last year has been anything but normal, and it’s not likely to return to what we knew before the pandemic any time soon. Given the disruptions of the pandemic, increased remote work, employment challenges, and more, leading a team can seem overwhelming.

In this panel discussion we will explore some of the unique challenges of leading a team during this disruptive period. We will examine how to lead a team during periods of uncertainty, how to keep people motivated and engaged during periods of employment insecurity, how to manage remote team members, and more. Bring your questions, and gain tips and practices that will help you lead your teams into the new world of work.
