Effects of the Pandemic on Learning Technology Roadmaps

Throughout 2020 and early 2021, The Learning Guild periodically administered surveys in the community to see how the global pandemic was impacting both the work we do and the technologies we use.
In this research report, Megan Torrance analyzes the most recent survey responses to assess why certain technologies were either adopted or abandoned. This report shares individual responses regarding the challenges that professionals faced and first-hand accounts of the unexpected strides and innovative breakthroughs that several L&D practitioners were able to make under the pressure of the pandemic.
