In this case study session, you will learn to leverage the power of unconventional technology to make performance support work. We will also discuss and examine the many design decisions that lead to a solution becoming successful in terms of both learner adoption and business results, besides taking measures to ensure that it stays useful and relevant. In addition, you will explore other novel technologies that can be used to build performance support solutions that address business and learning needs.

Srividya Kumar, a co-founder of Learnnovators, heads the company’s content development and delivery team on every project from concept to completion. For over 18 years, she has helped a range of clients (both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies) design and implement business- specific learning initiatives. On projects, Srividya remains at the intersection of learning and technology and is focused on bridging the gap between business goals and learner interests. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and has graduated from the National Institute of Information Technology. She has also completed a certificate course in instructional design at ASTD.
