S106 Don't Reinvent, Just Redesign: Strategies for Repurposing eLearning

3:00 PM - 3:45 PM Wednesday, June 8

Expo Hall: Strategic Solutions Stage

In this session, you will learn how one company used limited resources to assess the needs of an ever-changing workforce, breaking down existing content and creating on-the-job solutions. You will see examples of how performance support materials were developed as an extension of training and identified during the planning process for future needs, and how mobile solutions were put in place. You will explore strategies including case studies, checklists, annotated forms, decision trees, and screen casts/videos that can be created as bite-size resources to support point-in-time practices.
