Video is a great way to get the user’s attention and animate your content to audio, but it has a tendency to be static, not allowing the user to interact with the content on the screen.

In this session, you will learn how to go beyond just static video and allow your users to interact with your videos. During the session, you will take ordinary video and add interactive elements, such as clickable areas on the video that, when clicked on, could allow the user to explore concepts in more depth. You will also learn how to branch out to different videos depending on the user’s choice. Finally, you will see how to publish this interaction to be viewable on all mobile and desktop devices.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Adobe Edge Animate basics
  • How to import video into Edge Animate
  • How to control your video with different triggers
  • How to branch to other videos depending on user choice
  • How to create interactive buttons over the video
  • How to publish your interaction to be viewed on mobile and desktop devices
