SUMMARY:In an AI-Heavy Learning World\, Are You Building Connection or Just Creating Activity?
DESCRIPTION:AI\, automation\, and learning technologies are changing how we design\, deliver\, and scale learning. But as the tools become more powerful\, one question becomes even more important: are we creating learning experiences that feel meaningfully human\, or are we simply creating more activity? Most virtual learning includes interaction. Polls\, chat prompts\, breakout rooms\, whiteboards\, and discussion questions are everywhere. While these activities can increase participation\, they do not automatically create connection\, relevance\, or lasting impact. \n\n\n\nIn an AI-heavy learning world\, human connection is not a soft extra. It is the design discipline that makes learning stick. In this session\, we’ll challenge a common assumption in learning design: that more activity equals better engagement. Drawing on the InQuire Engagement Framework™️ and the Live Learning Formula™️\, we’ll explore the difference between visible participation and genuine connection\, and why that difference matters for learning that is attended\, remembered\, and applied. Participants will experience simple design and facilitation shifts that help learners move from passive attendance to personal relevance\, shared meaning\, and ownership of application. The session will offer a practical way to evaluate whether a virtual or hybrid learning experience is simply keeping people busy or creating the conditions for meaningful involvement and measurable human impact. \n\n\n\nIn this session\, you will: \n\n\n\n\nIdentify the difference between activity\, interaction\, and genuine connection\n\n\n\nExplore the design conditions that create relevance\, safety\, meaning\, and learner ownership\n\n\n\nApply practical techniques that make live learning feel more human and useful\n\n\n\nUse a repeatable framework to evaluate whether your learning experiences are creating activity or impact\n\n\n\n\nIf your virtual sessions are interactive but still not creating the depth\, energy\, or follow-through you want\, this session will help you design for the connection that makes learning stick. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCindy FosterImplementation Quality Manager\, InSync Training \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKaren ViethPresident & CEO\, InSync Training \n\n\n\nSponsored by

SUMMARY:From Content Chaos to Content Orchestration
DESCRIPTION:Discover how MadCap Create and Syndicate help learning teams reduce duplication\, simplify updates\, and coordinate delivery across LMSs\, LXPs\, Portals\, AI tools\, and the greater learning ecosystem. \n\n\n\nLearning ecosystems have evolved into complex networks of systems\, audiences\, and delivery channels—but most content strategies haven’t kept up. The result? Duplication\, version drift\, manual updates\, and inconsistent learning experiences across platforms. At the same time\, the rapid rise of AI is exposing a deeper problem: content chaos limits not only delivery\, but also the ability to power intelligent systems and reliable answers. \n\n\n\nIn this session\, we’ll explore how learning teams can move from reactive content management to true content orchestration. You’ll see how MadCap Create enables structured\, componentized content built for reuse\, while MadCap Syndicate acts as an orchestration layer governing\, updating\, and dynamically distributing content across your entire ecosystem. \n\n\n\nThrough practical examples and real-world patterns\, you’ll learn how to create once\, update once\, and deliver everywhere while maintaining a single source of truth\, supporting both human and AI-driven experiences\, and turning content into a scalable\, strategic asset. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChris KocherSr. Solutions ArchitectMadCap Software \n\n\n\nSponsored by
