P18 Integrating Mobile Learning and Games into Your Learning Strategy

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday, October 28

Degas 1

The best use of mobile learning is as one component of your overarching learning strategy. Many organizations are considering adding mobile-technology-based learning, performance support, and/or games to their learning strategy, but are often unprepared to answer the necessary questions to make it a reality. Wanting to enhance your strategy with mobile is one thing; knowing how to make it happen is something else entirely.

In this workshop you will explore the many questions that you must answer in order to effectively add mobile to your organizational learning strategy. You will see examples of the various possibilities of mobile delivery, learn how mobile links to and supports your existing programs, and discover how to gain stakeholder buy-in for these new approaches. You will know how other organizations leverage these approaches to create business impact; you’ll leave this workshop prepared to start incorporating these elements within your existing learning strategy.

In this session, you will learn:

  • How organizations are incorporating mobile learning, performance support, and games in their learning strategy
  • Where mobile learning, performance support, and games fit within your learning strategy
