She has broad knowledge of both formal and informal learning technologies and techniques, and in-depth experience in implementing learning management systems. He also coordinates the educational programs and experiences for the Choice Hotels Annual Convention. Holly received CPLP certification through ATD in 2017, and in 2018 she served as a judge in the Human Capital Learning Elite program.
