Allen served on the doctoral faculties of The University of Georgia and Indiana University of Pennsylvania before joining Adobe in 2007. As Adobe's Head of Evangelism, Digital Learning Solutions, he provides guidance by relating customer experiences and challenges to the product and engineering teams that create Captivate, Presenter Video Express (PVX), and Adobe's extraordinary new learning management system, Adobe Captivate Prime. Allen is well recognized for his videos and presentations to audiences around the world. He has published a host of articles and a handful of books on topics ranging from critical thinking for business training to 3D online game development.

Dan Heick, a member of Adobe’s worldwide field leadership, is the director of Adobe’s Digital University. Dan is passionate about enablement and driving the next generation of learning solutions, which has earned a Stevie Award for innovation and Brandon Hall gold and silver awards. Dan has been in Adobe leadership for seven years, focusing on L&D and helping to build a billion-dollar digital marketing business. With 25 years of experience, Dan has held diverse leadership roles in product strategy, engineering, and marketing. He holds an MBA and economics and management science degrees.

Rawn Shah is a senior manager of learning architecture and innovation at Adobe. He leads a global team that designs, builds, and manages the portals, integrations, and LMS that deliver training to Adobe's worldwide sales and partner networks. Rawn has worked with large enterprise enablement, marketing, and IT teams for nearly two decades. He has contributed to seven books and written 600 articles for leading technology and business journals, including JavaWorld, Forbes.com, LinuxWorld, and CNN.com. He holds a degree in computer science of the University of Arizona.
