304 Stay on Course: Secrets of Highly Effective Agile Project Teams

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Monday, September 28

As we adapt and adopt the best of agile project management techniques from the software development industry, we need to be cognizant of the unique characteristics and needs of an instructional design and development team. Our relationships with the content, the SMEs, the learners (users), and the business are somewhat different from those of the software world.

In this session, you will tune up your existing agile project management techniques or prepare to implement them for the first time by applying the best tools and practices from the LLAMA (lot like agile approach) methodology.
