110 Using AI & Biometrics Authentication to Create Highly Secured Certificates
10:45 AM - 11:45 AM Wednesday, October 23
Let's face it, auto generated online certification has no real credibility, as you cannot guarantee if the owner of the certificate is the actual person who passed the course. Also, certificates can easily be reproduced by anyone with some Photoshop skills who has access to the template or a sample. Currently, facial recognition is the most popular biometric technology on the market. It combines high accuracy and high speed of operation. Biometrics is the only form of identification that truly identifies a person. Also called 1:1 comparison, authentication answers questions like: Are you the person you pretend to be? Are you in our database? And do you have the right credentials? In contrast to passwords, PINs, cards, and other forms of identifiers, biometric ID can't be lost, forgotten, or stolen.
In this session, attendees will learn how to implement a unique certification mechanism that combines facial recognition, encrypted data, and a validation date into a simple tag called the Bioseal, which can be compared to a barcode on a passport. Compared to other identification technologies, the likelihood of someone gaining access to personal information is significantly reduced. This solution has been implemented on a massive project with a target audience of 3 million across the globe. We will showcase the full conception and deployment of this project.
In this session, you will learn:
- How to redefine online certification
- How easy it is to use our API to implement a similar approach
- To master the power of facial recognition
- How to use Storyline to generate the right statement
- How to transfer the data from your LRS to the Bioseal
Developers, managers, senior leaders (directors, VP, CLO, executive, etc.)
