Andrew Jefferson

Andy Jefferson is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Fort Hill Company in Wilmington, Delaware. Andy is an accomplished executive with a career spanning both operational and legal roles. Andy is a co-author of The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning: How to Turn Training and Development into Business Results (San Francisco: Pfeiffer, 2006). Prior to joining Fort Hill Company, Andy was the Chief Executive Officer of Vital Home Services. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of AmeriStar Technologies, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and graduated Phi Kappa Phi with honors from the Widener University School of Law, where he currently serves on the school’s Board of Overseers.
