JoAnn Hackos, Ph.D.

For over 30 years, Dr. JoAnn Hackos has presented internationally on subjects ranging from content management, project management, effective interfaces and information, minimal information products, and online and Web-based information, to managing the information-design and -development process. Her workshops are dedicated to enhancing the practices and products that best promote customer satisfaction. In addition to her role with Comtech Services, Dr. Hackos is Director of the Center for Information-Development Management, a membership organization focused on content-management and information-development best practices. She has authored several industry books, and is a Fellow and Past President of the Society for Technical Communication.
