Natasha McIlmurray is a seasoned learning and development professional and a passionate advocate for human potential. With expertise in facilitation, curriculum development, instructional design, leadership development, and program/event management, she creates impactful learning experiences that empower individuals and drive organizational success. Guided by connection, collaboration, and a deep belief in people as an organization’s greatest resource, Natasha is committed to fostering safe spaces for growth where employees can begin to unlock their fullest potential. With nearly 10 years of experience engaged in learning and development work, Natasha specializes in designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives, including leadership development programs, team-based development and coaching, and larger-scale learning events. She has designed and delivered learning initiatives tailored to diverse learning needs that focus on building skills, fostering inclusion, and driving organizational success. Natasha’s expertise is enriched by her certifications as a Predictive Index Practitioner and FourSight Trainer. Drawing from her background in mental health, crisis intervention, and violence prevention, she also holds certifications in Mental Health Targeted Case Management and Guardian Advocacy and serves as a trained volunteer for the Florida Crisis Response Team. She is an alumna of the Learning Guild's Thirty Under 30 program.
