Annika Björkholm is one of the co-founders of SwipeGuide, an Amsterdam and Minneapolis-based B2B software company focused on democratizing knowledge for frontline teams in manufacturing. She has been driving the global growth of the company since 2017, and today, SwipeGuide is used in factories in 93 countries around the world. The SwipeGuide front-line app drives manufacturing excellence through on-the-job learning with people-powered digital work instructions and crowdsourced standard operating procedures. This year, Annika has been crowned the “SaaS Marketing Leader of The Year” and was selected for the Learning Guild's 2022 “Thirty Under 30” program highlighting emerging learning leaders.
