Lauren Merrild is a senior manager in learning and organizational development at GoHealth, where she supports the learning of all internal departments. At GoHealth she oversees the life cycle of all learning programs, from small scale to enterprise-wide initiatives. Her master’s degree is in learning design and leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her research agenda focuses on innovations in technology-supported learning to reduce cognitive load. Past research topics include digital interactivity and game- based learning.
