Christine Adleman

Director of Organizational Development & Learning, Johnsonville Sausage

Christine Adleman has worked with Johnsonville Sausage since 2011 and has held positions in human resources and organizational development & learning. In her current role as director of organizational development & learning, Christine leads the team responsible for member development, leadership development, culture, onboarding, and technical training. Passionate about coaching and helping others achieve their full potential, she recently completed a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) program through iPEC as an opportunity to continue building coaching skillset, as well as holding a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Prior to Johnsonville, Christine worked at J. F. Ahern Co. in Fond du Lac, WI, for 12 years in human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and an MBA from UW Oshkosh.
