Simon Bertoli is the digital design lead with Northern Health in Melbourne’s North. He has worked in the training and development industry for 20 years, creating digital learning solutions. Simon began as a graphic artist working in print but was enticed to the online space by Macromedia Flash (RIP). Once his interest was piqued, he started designing and coding away, eventually finding his way into the training department of the Country Fire Authority where his learning design journey began. Simon is motivated by developing and implementing the most appropriate and effective learning solutions for his organization and clients, ONLY when it is necessary.
