Steven Shaw

Steven Shaw is an associate professor in the Department of Education at Concordia University. Steven’s areas of research and expertise include knowledge and content management, and technology-based strategies to support learning and evaluation. He co-founded Eedo Knowledgeware, the company that developed the world’s leading enterprise learning-content management system, ForceTen. (IBM acquired the ForceTen platform in 2012.) Steven has worked to implement new learning technologies and related strategies with Fortune 500 organizations; the largest public-sector employers in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Canada; and numerous educational institutions and industry associations.
