Rich’s projects have garnered multiple Brandon Hall Awards, the NewMedia Invision Award, a New York Festivals Silver Medal, and an HR Executive Top 10 Products designation. Richard has spoken on simulation at eLearning Guild conferences, the ASTD International Conference, TechLearn, SALT, SPBT, the Interactive Learning Conference, and the Linkages Leadership Conference, and has published articles in Training Magazine, Focus Magazine, and Technology for Learning.
