Merritt Chandler, a senior instructional designer for Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, has over 10 years of experience in higher education, seven of those as an instructional designer for Vanderbilt University. Merritt has spent the past four years as the senior instructional designer for the Vanderbilt School of Medicine, implementing and innovating the competency-based curriculum known as Curriculum 2.0.
