Bianca McCann

Global Lead, HR Expert Network, SAP

Bianca E. McCann is the global HR leader of the HR Expert Network at SAP, where she’s responsible for driving SAP’s “Accelerate winning in HR” strategy. Bianca and the HR Expert Network bring HR thought leadership to existing and potential SAP customers. In this role she also provides internal consulting on personal branding, change management, employee enablement, and talent innovations. Bianca is the founder of LEAP (Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program), the award-winning global leadership development program at SAP. Before SAP, Bianca worked for SuccessFactors, an SAP company; Chevron; and Shell Oil Company. She earned a master’s degree in human resource and industrial labor relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, where she was a fellow, and she graduated magna cum laude with a BA in sociology from Ithaca College.
