Eric Kuhn is the lead training and development specialist at Amway. He serves as an instructional design consultant and project manager, working on developing learning solutions for Amway’s global distributor network. Eric has more than 20 years of experience in project management, multimedia design and development, instructional design, audiovisual production, event production, training design and development, and technical delivery. Eric’s current focus is in mLearning and performance support and defining the processes and techniques that are most effective for Amway’s audience.
