Manager, Corporate Learning & Development, MicroPort Orthopedics

As a manager of corporate learning and development at Microport Orthopedics, Jennifer Snyder is responsible for a new department in a legacy company. In this role, she develops learning strategies, directs eLearning development, develops and teaches vILT programs, oversees administration of the LMS, and teaches. Prior to this, Jennifer worked for a training company as an instructional designer, project manager, and teacher to primarily US Air Force pilots. She holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction.
