Rich Fox

President & CEO, Ardent Learning

Rich Fox is the president and CEO of Ardent Learning, a training and development organization he has led for 15 years. Rich spent the early part of his career consulting directly with organizations across a variety of industries to assess their learning requirements and manage the delivery of solutions. At Ardent, he not only ensures that the company keeps current clients happy, he also leads it into new areas that combine progressive technology and learning theory. Rich holds an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
