Jay Chance is the senior manager in the learning training and development organization at The Boeing Company. Jay has 27 years of experience from both the service and product perspective and has managed and operated learning solutions teams across the US, UK, India, Japan, and Australia. He is an associate adjunct professor for Colorado Technical University and holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from California Baptist University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Redlands, and a PhD from Capella University.
