Vicki Hoffman

Senior Support and Training Analyst, The Pennsylvania State University

Vicki Hoffman is a senior support and training analyst for Penn State ITS. She holds a BS degree in biology and secondary education and is completing an MEd degree in adult education with an emphasis in learning design. She has served on the executive board for the State College ASTD chapter and is an active member of ATD, The eLearning Guild, TLT Group, HCI, and the HR Social Network. She is on the steering committees for PSU’s IT Learns, Network of Facilitators and participates in the learning design community, the Trainers Network, and the Committee on Institutional Cooperation. Her research team has recently received a Center for Online Innovation in Learning grant to study the creation and impact of groups on MOOC engagement and retention.
