Dr. Oma B. Singh is the director of the University of South Florida College of Nursing and has extensive expertise in instructional design and online course development. She has worked in private and academic organizations, as well as in a military contracting organization. Oma has been teaching both online and traditionally delivered classes for more than 10 years. She embraces new technology that is focused on engaging the learner.
