Don Levy, founder, consultant, and educator with Smith Brook Farm Consulting, has been at the forefront of the entertainment industry’s digital transformation throughout his career as a senior executive in animation, visual effects, digital media, television, and movies. Levy spent 17 years at Sony Pictures Digital Productions where he was instrumental in the studio’s visual effects, animation, post-production, and digital entertainment (games, mobile, online video, digital marketing) businesses. Marketing positions at Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros Television, and more than 25 feature-film assignments preceded his Sony tenure. He teaches entertainment marketing for Boston University’s Los Angeles Program and holds a visiting-scholar post at the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts.
