Kristin Carlson, the principal L&OD specialist for GLOBALFOUNDRIES, has more than 10 years of experience in the eLearning field. She holds an MFA in electronic art from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as instructional design and information systems credentials. Kristin has created quality instruction for a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, grocery wholesaling, and automotive. Prior to her current role, she has worked as an eLearning director, assistant professor of multimedia design, project manager, adjunct professor, and instructional designer.
