Christopher Chalfant

Chris Chalfant is the senior manager of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Chris is the technology officer responsible for application development, learning technologists, information security, and technology support. His team creates custom front-end learning experiences on top of the LMS, and his area has responsibility for producing custom courseware and a variety of other application development duties in both learning and other business functions. Previously Chris had application development experience in the healthcare and telecommunication industries. Chris studied computer information systems at Missouri State University, earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees there.
