Julibeth Lauren

Julibeth Lauren is the director of practice, education, and research with Regions Hospital, where she is responsible for training over 1,200 registered nurses and 300 paraprofessionals; she is also an active and faculty member in the graduate and doctoral programs at Walden University. Julibeth has over 15 years’ experience as a registered nurse working on general and critical care, three years as a clinical nurse specialist in cardiovascular care. Julibeth served as a principal instructor at Medtronic for two years, designing and delivering learner-centered training to the Medtronic field force and healthcare providers on cardiac devices. She holds a doctorate in post-secondary and adult education, a master of science in nursing, and a post-master’s certification in business with a focus in organizational leadership.
