Gary Droghini

Global Talent & Learning Manager, Coats

Gary Droghini is global talent and learning manager for Coats, the largest and oldest thread maker in the world. Prior to his current position, he was director of learning and development for Coats North America. Before joining Coats in 2005, Gary held various human resources and training and development positions with Kimberly-Clark in Canada, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Gary holds a psychology degree from Concordia University in Montreal. He serves on the board of directors for the Blue Ridge Conference on Leadership and, until recently, served on the Workforce Development Board for Western North Carolina.
