Jade Kazmierski, a manager of an instructional design team and a recent community architect at Northwestern Mutual, programmed her first eLearning course in 2001. She promptly joined the eLearning Guild and began pursuing her interest in workplace learning. While completing her master’s degree in instructional and performance technology at Boise State, she continued working as an instructional designer and elearning developer. Now she’s exploring new territory in knowledge management, performance consulting, crowdsourcing, and communities of practice.
