Richard Russell

Richard Russell, a director at MasterCard International, has worked in educational software for nearly 20 years. In 1996, he shifted from working as a TA in grad school to helping develop educational software for the humanities. From there, he transitioned into instructional design, followed by a variety of learning activities and technologies at MasterCard. He currently focuses on how to deliver targeted training and support tools across a variety of platforms to ensure impact on people’s ability to do their jobs better.
