Tiftin Kidder is a training content developer for Alaska Airlines. Hired initially to work as a front-line customer service agent, Tiftin had an opportunity to become an instructor to her fellow co- workers with the training delivery team before finding her true home in the training development department. She now designs and develops training for airline employees across the operation. As an experienced Articulate Presenter and Storyline user, Tiftin focuses on building engaging eLearning, classroom, and blended- learning courses to address the diverse training needs of over 10,000 employees in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
