Andrea Cole, the owner of and instructional designer at Murphy Training Solutions, has worked in the learning design and development field for seven years designing instructor-led, eLearning, and blended-learning solutions. Currently she works with clients such as USAA, Cirrus Logic, and Bigcommerce. She has designed learning for public health, financial, and banking industries, and the tech arena, and implemented both formal and informal learning systems in those fields. Andrea holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS degree from the University of North Florida.
