Sandra Durham is a content architect and technical lead at Cisco, where she partners with stakeholders and instructional designers to guide Learning@Cisco’s XML content development strategy for certification and product training courses. Sandra combines over 20 years of software and content development, specializing in XML and content management solutions. Sandra is currently leading the transformation to an XML-based authoring and management system. She is onboarding new developers and providing a performance support solution that meetings the needs of all XML users.
