With 20 years of experience in the training and development field, Anne Rigby started her career at McDonald’s in 2006 as an Instructional Design Manager. She has an exceptional track record of producing learning interventions that positively impact business results. Anne’s most significant accomplishments include: leadership of the company’s new restaurant management curriculum, eLearning redesign for restaurant crew, and for her innovative vision for curriculum translation. Anne is currently leading design and development of the training and performance solutions that will support the new back office system to support everything in the restaurants. Her quest to innovate has also led to the design of the first mobile app for performance support.
