Jonathan Mann, senior design manager for PayPal, has over 20 years of experience designing interfaces and instruction. Jonathan and his team of UI designers, visual designers, and writers have created many of the experiences that millions of PayPal customers use every day. Several of Jonathan’s design improvements have resulted in multi-million-dollar profits for PayPal, proving that good design is more than just aesthetics. He has expertise in the field of behavioral economics and has worked with leaders in the field to apply those principles to design as well as to internal working relationships. Jonathan holds an MEd degree in instruction design from Arizona State University.
