Randall Jensen, the solutions services manager for TDS, has spent more than 35 years in the fields of learning technologies and performance improvement. He began his career in Japan, where he developed methods for training business professionals to work in English-speaking environments. He subsequently earned a doctoral degree in instructional science and technology from Brigham Young University. Since completing graduate studies, he has worked in many settings, including public and higher education and the aerospace, petro-chemical, semi-conductor, and financial industries. His career has focused on the discovery, development, and implementation of innovative uses of technologies and methods to improve human and organizational performance.
