Charmin Olion is a project specialist and course developer for Comcast, where she is accountable for developing instructional pieces to support performance. She has seven years’ experience in instructional design, workplace performance improvement, and training facilitation for small and large businesses and government. Charmin holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and a master’s degree in human resource development with a concentration in eLearning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
