Eddie Hartman is a knowledge-services manager for Fujitsu Network Communications (FNC). Eddie manages the tools-development, production, knowledge-management, and training-development groups within FNC’s knowledge services group. Eddie is PMP certified, with over 20 years of combined experience in training development, project management, and technical writing. He holds a master’s degree in communication from the University of Oklahoma.
